in 2006, we opened One Bite to bring modern every-day
Japanese food to the Midwest. We have made many friends since then
by using the freshest ingredients, cooking everything with care, and
always thinking of you first.
We have also introduced a line of One Bite signature sauces.
Most of our sauces have less than 20 calories per serving, no fat,
no cholesterol, and all of them are made from scratch. They are easy to
cook with and absolutely delicious!
