In 2006, we opened One Bite restaurant – now called SAMA ZAMA in Kansas City Missouri - to bring modern every-day Japanese food to the Midwest. We have made many friends since then by using the freshest ingredients, cooking everything with care, and always thinking of you first.

We have also introduced a line of One Bite signature sauces based on my family recipes from Japan. The sauces are unique, versatile and easy to cook with. Because we make all the sauces from scratch, the flavors are concentrated, fresh and tasty, and have a clean after-taste. Most importantly, our sauces are very low in sodium and contain no MSG. Gluten free options also are available. Give a try and you’ll see that “One Bite is not enough!”
