Teriyaki Recipes
Mogu Mogu Recipes

AS A DIP
Great with pita chips and nachos. Tastes great with 101 Teryaki,
Gluten-Free 101 Teriyaki or ha-ha Jalapeño Teriyaki sauce & marinade.

INGREDIENTS:
Cream Cheese
Walnuts (chopped)
Corn Starch
Water
One Bite Teriyaki sauce & marinade (reduced)
Pita Chips/Nachos


1 packet

DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and
place on a serving plate;
2. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the cream cheese;
3. Pour One Bite Teriyaki sauce & marinade* on top
of the cream cheese;
4. Dip with pita chips and enjoy!

* If you like concentrated Teriyaki sauce,
please follow below procedures:
Cook OB’s Teriyaki sauce on medium heat 1 tbsp.
corn starch and 2 tbsp. water and stir until it thickens.
Remove it from the heat and cool to room temperature.

AS SAUTÉE SAUCE
Great for poultry, pork, beef, and seafood. Tastes great with 101 Teryaki,
Gluten-Free 101 Teriyaki or ha-ha Jalapeño Teriyaki sauce & marinade.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (breast or thigh meat)
Vegetable Oil
Mixed Vegetables
(carrots, onion, broccoli, etc.)
One Bite Teriyaki sauce & marinade
Toasted Sesame Seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut chicken and vegetables into bite size;
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry chicken
until browned or half way cooked;
3. Add mixed vegetables and stir well;
4. Add One Bite Teriyaki sauce & marinade and
stir all ingredients until cooked through;
5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!

AS DRESSING
Great for any kind of salad. Tastes great with Mogu Mogu and
Gluten-Free Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
Romaine Lettuce
Carrots, thinly sliced
Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
Toasted Almonds
Sliced Tomato
One Bite Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut romaine lettuce to desired size;
2. Slice carrots and red cabbage thinly;
3. Mix all veggies and toasted almonds
(or any toasted nuts);
4. Add sliced tomato;
5. Serve One Bite Mogu Mogu dressing on the side
or on top of the salad. Enjoy!

AS DIPPING SAUCE
Great as dipping sauce for grilled poultry, pork, beef and seafood. Try it for shrimp cocktails, vegetables, chicken nuggets, french fries, and fish sticks. Tastes great with Mogu Mogu and Gluten-Free Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce.

Baby Carrots

DIRECTIONS:
1. Dip baby carrots in One Bite Mogu Mogy sauce
and enjoy!

AS SANDWICH SPREAD
Great sandwich spread for roast beef, turkey, grilled salmon or smoked salmon sandwiches,
as well as fish tacos. Tastes great with Mogu Mogu and Gluten-Free Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
Grilled or Smoked Salmon
Shredded Mixed Cheese
Leaf Lettuce
Sliced Bread/Croissant
One Bite Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Toast your choice of bread or croissant;
2. Place green leaf lettuce and grilled or smoked salmon on bread;
3. Pour tdesired amount of One Bite Mogu Mogu on top of the salmon;
4. Top with shredded mix cheese and it’s ready to eat!

AS SAUTÉE SAUCE
Great as cooking sauce for seafood (shrimp, calamari and salmon).
Tastes great with Mogu Mogu and Gluten-Free Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp (peeled)
Calamari Steak
Asparagus, sliced
Corn Starch
Vegetable Oil
One Bite Mogu Mogu all-purpose sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice calamari to bite-size pieces;
2. Bread shrimp and sliced calamari with corn starch;
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry seafood and asparagus until they are cooked through;
4. Add One Bite Mogu Mogu sauce and stir* fast for
about 15 seconds. Enjoy!

* Do not stir too long, it may cause oil separation
in the sauce.
